The Dillon Universal Decapping Die features a standard 7/8″-14 die equipped with a solid, hardened steel decapping pin, housed in an unlined steel die body. It allows for the removal of spent primers from various pistol and rifle cartridges ranging from 22 to 45 calibers, without resizing the brass. This die is also compatible with the RT1500 Electric Case Trimmer and can be used in any machine that accepts standard 7/8″-14 dies. The cleaning process is enhanced as cleaner primer pockets contribute to consistent primer seating depth and reliable ignition.
